7. BD主要⼯作内容包括:
n (1) 根据公司的发展需要,确定公
司的商务拓展计划,并公司内部完
成沟通并确认(有的公司是BD总
监完成这项⼯作)
n (2) 根据计划完成实际的商务合作
伙伴的找寻、洽谈、合作
n (3) 维护现有的合作伙伴的关系,
并根据业务进展维持双⽅的有序沟

n (4) 竞争情报的获取并上传(这部
分⼯作⼀般情况下不独⽴出来,在
拓展过程中必然会遇到竞争情报的

知乎:BD 需要什麼特質與專⻑?
n BD不是销售,但是⾯临着与销售⼀样的问题,那就是处理⼈
际关系。在中国这种特殊的⼈情关系⽹社会,处理⼈际关系⾮常
重要,这⾥⾯考验⼀个BD的地⽅特别多,⽐如察⾔观⾊、⽐如
机动灵活、⽐如顺畅沟通、⽐如短时间内把事情说清楚的能⼒等
等。
n BD其实有时候是个全才,不但能够与合作活动浅谈顺利,
还需要对⾃⼰的产品有清晰的理解,对⾃⼰产品的推⼴思路有充
分的理解,要根据商务洽谈回来的资源进⾏有效的包装使⽤等等。
有些公司的BD的职责就是简单的拉来资源,不包含规划与使⽤,
但更多的的公司是要求BD能够洽谈资源,也能够使⽤资源,那
这个时候对BD的要求就很⾼。
n BD要有较强的⾃我规划与约束能⼒。这点有时候很
重要,很多公司的BD都是BASE在全国各地的办事处,经常要出
去洽谈业务,所以⾃由时间⽐较多,这就需要BD⾃⼰要有对⾃
⼰的很好的约束,不然很容易出去“放⽺”了。虽然很多BD都
是直接从总部获取规划,但是根据⾃⼰所处区域的特殊情况进⾏
个性化的规划很重要。并不是总部的规划就⼀定适合各地的情况,
BD经理应该有清晰的判断能⼒,能够根据情况确定⾃⼰的规划,

functional colleagues of diverse backgrounds and cultures, seeking and providing
