Operational responsible for all voice activities at dealing room sites. Responsible for coordination of the daily process including
Move, Add and Changes. Take leading and accompany third parties with trouble shooting, maintenance activities and keep up
with service level agreements. Take care of administration, statements and storage of the operations. This job was based upon
outsourcing within the head-office ABNAMRO bank Amsterdam the Netherlands.

After completed my draft for 12mth I have extended my contract with 4 years. In this particular period went on mission for 6
months in former Yugoslavia, Srebrenica. Responsible for administration, maintenance and check-in of radio equipment within
the regiment.
