3. 1.INTRODUCTION
• Nowadays Big Data is playing very important role in Day-to-Day life from
Social Network to Educaion,From Banking to Business then Why not in
healthcare.
• Mobile phones, sensors, patients, hospitals, researchers, providers and
organizations are nowadays generating huge amounts of healthcare data.
The real challenge in healthcare systems is how to find, collect, analyze
and manage information to make people's lives healthier and easier
• By contributing not only to understand new diseases and therapies but
also to predict outcomes at earlier stages and make real-time decisions
4. 2.SCOPE
• Potential benefits include detecting diseases at earlier
stages when they can be treated more easily and
effectively; managing specific individual and population
health and detecting health care fraud more quickly and
efficiently.
• The Development of Project for Healthcare Which Provide
Benefits to Patients, Healthcare Providers, Researchers and
Developers.
• It also Recommend the Exercises and Diet to Patients.
5. 3.PROBLEM STATEMENT
• We have already experienced a decade of progress in digitizing medical records, as
pharmaceutical companies and other organizations aggregate years of research and
development data in electronic databases.
• The federal government and other public stakeholders have also accelerated the move toward
transparency by making decades of stored data usable, searchable, and actionable by the
healthcare sector as a whole.
• Here the data is been collected from the various digital sources like database of hospital, small
clinic And other sources or the research purpose and it is been done by medical company to
see which product they have to sell in which particular market.
6. 4.PROPOSED SYSTEM
• Our system get the data from various IOT devices like smart watch etc. and collect that data
and stored it using an Hadoop architecture it also collect data from hospital clinic and
medical stored .
• We use Apache Cassandra database which is the right choice when you need scalability and
high availability without compromising performance.
• It provides support for replicating across multiple datacentres is best-in-class, providing
lower latency for your users .
• It represent the data in a simple way by using R programming so it can be easily understand
by the analysed and government people.
8. How does Cassandra compare to HBase?
Hbase is sometimes used for an online application because an existing Hadoop
implementation exists at a site and not because it is the right fit for the application. HBase is
typically not a good choice for developing always-on online applications and is nearly 2-3
years behind Cassandra in many technical respects.
In comparison to HBase, Cassandra supplies:
✓Higher performance
✓True continuous, “always on” availability with no single point of failure
✓Powerful and easy multi-data center / cloud availability zone support
✓A simpler architecture (masterless) with easier setup and fewer requirements
✓Easier development (SQL-like language with CQL, more)
