– Length: ≈ 7-mile study corridor
– Speed Limit: 45 mph
– Daily Traffic Volumes: 31,000 – 42,000
• “Policy Road” in Bicycle Master Plan

– Mix of paved shoulders, frontage roads, and sidewalks/trails
– Tie into new bicycle infrastructure
