A legal professional, Faiyaz Dean has more than a decade of
experience practicing law. Along with a number of other law
organizations, Faiyaz Dean is a member of the Washington State
Bar Association (WSBA).
A privately funded organization, the WSBA supports
approximately 35,000 lawyers. Since its inception in 1888 the
WSBA has served as a regulator for bar procedures, which
includes administering the Uniform Bar Exam, providing a
public record of licensed associates, and overseeing the lawyer
disciplinary and disability systems. Led by an elected board of
governors, the WSBA also offers educational resources to help
professionals maintain the highest standard of law practice.
3. About WSBA
WSBA is scheduled to host its 34th Annual Northwest
Securities Institute on May 2nd in downtown Seattle.
During the two-day event, members from the
Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as other
securities and legal organizations, will host discussion
panels on acquisition trends, the JOBS Act
Initiative, and ethics counseling, among other topics.
Event attendees are eligible for Continuing Legal
Education credits.
