10. Retail is dynamic - buying habits, markets and trends
can change almost overnight. That's why we have a far-
reaching infrastructure to support our retail outlets.
Systems are in place to ensure that our fastest selling
lines are continually replenished. We've made multi-
million dollar investments in automated hanging
distribution centers in India, Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain,
Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. In addition, we have recently
invested in a 70,000 sq. meter central distribution center
in Dubai Free zone, which has a capacity to fulfill our
growing requirement throughout the region.

11. From our base in India, we support all areas of our retail,
manufacturing and warehouse operations. At the close
of each trading day, all sales figures and stock
movements are downloaded to our head office and to
our partners via our secure state-of-the-art IT system.
Careful analysis allows the correct decisions to be taken
for each individual business unit. EPOS technology is
installed in every outlet in each country, and a web
enabled communications network is in place. Each
international brand has its own dedicated management
team to service their particular requirements.
