I am experienced internet UX and product manager and also business, sales and technology project execution team leader. I have deployed Scrum project management methodology in the organisation, participating actively in project execution. I am oriented to building best, positive user experience of the product (for individual and business customers). 
I am focused on all kind of user research and customer development techniques. When it comes to team leading I am fascinated by the HR strategy of Netflix, 
and I implement different elements of it in our team. I am oriented to building positive relationship in the team, but also to business efficiency of projects. I'm also a keynote sp
