STAR TOWER
Traditional parking in the basement would have required all of the area in the
basement to be used for parking and a subterranean level for other BOH uses.
Reduction in parking area using a tower system allowed the developer to remove
the subterranean level and capture back 85% of the ground floor basement
space and was then able to add storage units and amenities, as well as other
BOH areas that were not able to be accommodated earlier.
