Mission: Dream Weavers is a small volunteer-based non-profit
that serves the undocumented immigrant population of South
Metro Atlanta. It was created on May 2013 as a result of
President Obama’s executive order knows as “Deferred Action
for Childhood Arrivals”.

4. Wounded Warrior Project
Mission: Wounded Warrior Project was founded in 2002 as a veterans’ service
organization offering service for wounded veterans in the military efforts following
9/11. WWP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the emergency assistance
category. WWP’s mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Their vision is
to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of service members in our
nation’s history.
Programs:
• Combat Stress Recovery Program, Project Odyssey, Restore Warriors- mental health
• Transition Training Academy, Warriors to Work - assistance with finding and
retaining employment
• Physical Health and Wellness Program- medical care for physical injuries
