We are examining the theory and practice of embedding social media for learning across HE Institutions through the activities of Technology Stewards. Conference presentations from @courosa onwards have looked at diverse, creative ways of using social media. This is looking at one strategy for embedding their use. Why Technology Stewards? How might you take them back to your institution and make them happen. </li></ul><ul><li>You might want to consider organizing workshops, bringing in guest speakers such as Wenger, or others, so you can debate these issues with colleagues. </li></ul><ul><li>You might get a Technology Steward(s) appointed with clear roles and responsibilities acting as an evangelist for new modes of learning based on their own practice. </li></ul>
