George Gelfer is an accomplished international executive with over 20 years' experience in the consumer-packaged-goods
industry. Throughout his career, he has built high-performance sales and customer marketing teams for leading iconic global
brands such as Crayola, World Kitchen, and Schering-Plough Consumer Health Care.
His expertise in strategy development has allowed CPG market leaders to capture revenue growth with retailers around the globe.
By mentoring teams that are driven to action, he has created new paths to purchase, accelerating market expansion by
implementing a 360o customer partnership model.
His focus on being an authentic, agile, and a connected leader has enabled commercial teams to become industry differentiators
by harnessing the power of employee engagement. His commitment to evolving organizational capabilities by implementing
effective change management initiatives has led to successful turnarounds in private equity owned organizations.
George has broad general management operating experience across North America, LATAM, and EMEA regions. A disciplined
P&L executive with a keen understanding that aligning business strategy to human development initiatives can have a ripple effect
in driving transformational change.
He has joined R|L responsible for client development, strategy, and marketing. He is a member of the International Coach
Federation (ICF) and Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC). George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
