                       of the gencat 2.0 strategy

                                 «The notion that news comes in and stories go out —text and
                                 photos come in and paper goes out— is an artifact of the means
                                 of production and distribution, of course. Now a story never
                                 begins and it never ends. But at some point in the life of a story,
                                 a journalist (working wherever) may see the idea and then can
                                 get all kinds of new input. But the story itself —in whatever
                                 medium— is merely a blip on the line, a stage in a process, for
                                 that process continues after publication.

How can we continue?


     - Bringing together the human and intellectual capital of the people
       who work for the Administration.
     - Sharing and contrasting ideas, good practices and experiences.
     - Providing innovative solutions to recurring problems and situations.
     - Working and enriching the debate.
     - Employing techniques of group revitalization.
     - Making efficient and intelligent use of technology.
     - Counting on the advice of experts and with the external knowledge
       of persons and organizations in analogical situations.
     - Learning through work about the errors and successes of everyone.

How can we continue? - Bringing together the human and intellectual capital of the people who work for the Administration. - Sharing and contrasting ideas, good practices and experiences. - Providing innovative solutions to recurring problems and situations. - Working and enriching the debate. - Employing techniques of group revitalization. - Making efficient and intelligent use of technology. - Counting on the advice of experts and with the external knowledge of persons and organizations in analogical situations. - Learning through work about the errors and successes of everyone. 18
