2. 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new
creature: old things are passed away; behold, all
things are become new. 18 And all things are of God,
who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and
hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To
wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world
unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them;
and hath committed unto us the word of
reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for
Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray
you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

4. The Christian Life Has a Beginning
No one is born a Christian; all are born sinners
(Psalm 51:5)
“Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are
against me for evil.”
“For all have sinned and fall short to the glory of God.”
(Romans 3:23)
Sometimes even believers need new beginning,
specially when we become bitter or bothered about the
past, present, or future.
5.
6. 1. Let the Past Be Past Through
Forgiveness (v.17)
“Old things are passed away”
a. God is the first one who forgive us. (Ps.103:12)
“ As far as the east is from the west, so far hath
he removed our transgressions(sin) from us.”
b. God is willing to forgive us. (1 John 1:9)
Note: If we confess our sins, our God is always willing to
forgive and clean all of our unrighteousness.
7. • New beginning also require forgiving others. (Eph. 4:30-
32)
“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling
and slander, along with every form of malice.”
“Ang tunay na Kristiyano ay hindi nagtatanim ng
sama ng loob o galit sa kapwa.”
•It is time to put away old grudges for wrongs done to us.
•We can forgive because we have been forgiven. So,
since our God has forgiven us then we can forgive
others too.
Are you ready to let the past be past through
forgiveness?
8. 2. Let the Future Be Fantastic
Through Faith (v.18)
“All things are of God”
a. All Christian shall live by faith (Romans 1:17)
“For in the gospel the righteousness of God
is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith
from first to last, just as it is written: “The
righteous will live by faith.”
b. Faith is total trust in the Lord; it is the opposite of
fear.
“ Kapag nanampalataya ka, hindi ka matatakot sa mga bagay
na nangyayari sa buhay mo.”
As faith increases, fear decreases!!!
9. •Why then so many believers is in bondage to anxieties?
a. They are not trusting God for everyday
provision
“And my God will meet all your needs according
to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
(Phil 4:19)
b. They are trying to face the future before it
arrives
Negative Thinking!!!
c. They are forgotten all things are possible with
God (Luke 1:37)
Note: Faith without action is useless!!!!
10. 3. Let the present be Exciting
Through Evangelism (v. 18-20)
“ God... Hath given to us the ministry of
reconciliation”
We have been commissioned to tell others of Christ’s
love
a. We are ambassadors for Christ
b. We are to bring others to be reconciled to God
