Using IDEO’s Design Kit, the workshop provided a hands-on opportunity for us to guide a group of multidisciplinary participants through a creative approach to problem-solving. Having run numerous workshops using Human-Centered Design principles, we understand the value that it brings to companies seeking to develop innovative solutions. This facilitator’s workshop allowed us to sharpen our abilities and share the fundamentals of Human-Centered Design to a new audience.
