Step 4 – Sensitivity Analysis is conducted to
determine the effect of changes in key input
variables on the overall cost/service output. These
can be plotted if needed to illustrate the most
important factors.
Step 2-3 – A number of alternative ‘to-be’ models are
created (agreed in the original scope) from blue sky to
constrained models. These are evaluated with the client
to demonstrate the cost/service options.
Step 5 – This sensitivity analysis is repeated
against the preferred to be model to determine key
