audience against the dark toned

Title - Film being advertised, showing
the audience what film the picture is
of.
Dominating picture - This is a
picture of Leonadro Di Caprio
who plays the main role in the
film The Revenant. The picture of
him is centered in the middle of
the cover and made so he is
looking directly at the audience
coming across very serious and
drawing them in. With him
looking at directly at the camera
this shows that his character is
very intelligent and aware of
what is going on.
Price - of the magazine so the
audience immediately know how
much it will cost them.
Tone- The colouring of the magazine
is very dark toned presenting how
serious a movie it is and showing the
audience it’s not going to be a light-
hearted comedy.
Slogan - The slogan is in a bright
colour and has been put on the front
cover to tell people what’s going to be
in the magazine encouraging them to
buy it.
Colour - The colour of the word ‘Plus’ has
been put in red so that it stands out to the
reader. THis will show them that there is
more to the magazine then just talking
about The Revenant. It is then followed by
all the other things that are included in the
magazine but in a smaller white font as
they don’t need it to stand out as much
because they have already got the
reader's attention from the ‘Plus”.
Audience - Aimed at a
sophisticated more mature audience
that are interested in the more
serious side of a film, normally aged
25+.
