About We created ServiceTarget to help customer service and marketing teams quickly create self-service applications designed to make customers more self-sufficient and successful online, while reducing emails and phone calls into customer support.
ServiceTarget allows business users to create and evolve customer self-service journeys and interactive guides which can be easily embedded within existing web and mobile applications. These journeys and guides allow customers to more easily discover content and resolve common problems, all without contacting customer service.
