Este documento presenta una introducción al sistema Kanban y describe un juego de rol llamado Kanban Pizza Game que se utiliza para enseñar los principios de Kanban de una manera divertida y práctica. El juego simula un restaurante de pizzas donde los participantes deben preparar y "hornear" porciones de pizza siguiendo las reglas de flujo de Kanban.
