  1. First we must clarify what Agile is This is a basic refresher of agile focusing on the mindset. Spend a couple of minutes getting people to shout-out words.
  2. Talk about the definition made at the coaching retreat

  5. Hand out picture cards to inspire the listening Debrief after asking what was it like? Did anyone find it easy? Hear from both listeners and speakers What did the yfind easiest
  6. Quote the slide, state this can be tricky at first and also links with active listening
  7. Here are some examples of powerful questions You should have this handout to use during the practice sessions It should be explained that really this should be blank and you develop your own questions LIsten first, always look to Break Order and Change Questions if you need too. This is NEVER a process, just a Guide tool and barley that.
  8. Decide amount of time for this based on time 5 - 10 mins per rotation include time for feedback REMIND PEOPLE OF THE FEEDBACK MODEL
  9. 1.3.4 self awareness technique 1.3.2. Coach as Agile Role Mode The journey to agile coach needs to start with personal change. We will be using this reflection model throughout the course but none so are more important than this first one
