• More recently the concept has come to mean
“applying game-design thinking to non-game
applications to make them more fun and engaging.”

progression and viewing of certain characters.
• The promise of cinema experience
interactivity has been eclipsed by videogames.
• Most popular use is still by advertisers and
pornographers. Still room for artists?
