2. Or click on a new email, click on signature
Click on new
3. Give your signature a name/title. If you have more than one role in college you can differentiate them this way.
Enter your contact details. Use a legible font.
Select ok.
4. When you open a new e-mail and click on signatures the title/name of your signature will be there, just select it or if you want this signature to default on every email select the options shown below.
