1. Outlook Add-in for Office 365 Planner
This presentation will show
you how to use the Outlook
Planner Add-in for the Office
365 Planner.

2. The Outlook Planner add-in
will be available in you
Outlook client from the
Ribbon.

3. To open your Planner task list
simply press on the Planner
icon.
The Add-in will now
automatically log in and
present you with a list of all
your tasks.

4. A list of all your active tasks
from all your Office 365 Plans
are shown.

5. The Add-in give you an
option to filter your tasks by
1. Plan
2. Bucket
3. Status
Filter your task list you by
• Plan
• Bucket
• Status

6. Open the task detail by
clicking on a task
Open the task details by
clicking on the task.
The task details will now be
loaded.

8. You can edit the task by
clicking “Edit”.
A browser will open and log
you in to your Office 365
Planner and will open the
selected task.

9. The selected task is opened
in your Office 365 Planner in
a new browser window.

administrator for help.
Troubleshoot:
Should your SharePoint
Online domain name be
different from your mail
domain name, press the
configuration wheel and
