This document proposes a citizen reporting mechanism with three solutions - web based, mobile app based, and SMS based - to allow citizens to report problems directly to their municipality. The solutions aim to provide a quick resolution while accounting for illiteracy. Web and app based solutions involve citizens filling an online form that emails the issue to the municipality and pins it on a map. SMS based uses SMS to report the issue. All solutions store the issue in a database and allow workers to access the map to find locations. Workers confirm resolution with the municipality and via SMS reply from the citizen. Resolved issues are removed from the system.

Those having PC can complain through web. Those having android phones can report
through android app. To control the illiteracy factor one can report through SMS.

• User fill out the web form
• It is mailed to the facility and also stored the data into the Database
• Municipality view the problem on email or on Map and assign the worker accordingly
• When an address is stored in Database it points a marker on the map
• Worker can access the map anywhere to find the location
• Worker after finishing the job confirms the Municipality and they confirms user by
sending an SMS on his/her mobile number
