    Audience
    › Age
    › Gender
    › Location
    › Economic Back Ground
    › Education Level
    This will allow you to understand WHERE they
    are and WHAT language they would respond
    too.
 Define 5 major platforms where your
  Audience gets their information
 Define 3 major platforms where your sub
  audience gets their information from
 Select the Top 3 Platforms for
  concentrated messaging
   Identify the Messaging type of each
    platform
    › Are they Full Text/Video/Photo Capable
    › Are they Micro Blogs
    › Can they be interconnected
    › Do you require special Skills for operating (if
     Yes discard it and look at other options that
     require less resources to initiate a roll out)
   Identify the Frequency required for each
    target audience and sub audience ask
    yourself
    › What time do they generally read posts
    › Do they require frequent engagement


    Develop a weekly schedule based on the
    answers to these questions
   How to Schedule your Posts
    › A) Each week develop at least 1 topical
      blog post or video blog post
    › B) Post at least 1 photo message related to
      your subject matter per week
    › C) Have at least 1 post that is unrelated to
      your subject matter but relatable to your
      audience
    › D) Create associated micro-blogs for each
      type of daily posts
   Create a Schedule for Posts
    › Develop a Day by Day Schedule based on
      Step5
    › Ensure that the schedule is similar for
      subsequent weeks in types of post
    › Create a general frame for posting times i.e.
      Mornings, Mid Day, Nights, Late Nights
   Weekly Evaluation
    › Every week download your analytics and
      assess which types of posts work for your
      brand
    › Understand your Weekly Reach (on
      facebook) and assess if it grows
    › From your assessment adjust your post types,
      frequencies etc for the following week
