    Divorce is the dissolution of marriage between
    the partners that happens because of the
    differences and incompatiblity.

    The couple then has to undergo a lot of
    formalities and fulfil certain requirements.

    The rate of divorce in America is pretty high.
    Divorce is granted on the basis of reasons such
    as incompatibility, irreconcilable differences
    which are sufficient.


    unemployment, abuse, religious and cultural
    differences and not completing the
    expectations.





    rules of community property then the assents
    are subjected to 50:50 ratio.

    But if the couple are taking a divorce apart from
    the community states then the law of equitable
    distribution is followed.


    Post divorce life is a mess that needs to be
    cleaned up with a positive frame of mind.

    It does happen, that you are emotionally hurt
    and you might bog down to the stress.

