3. Ego can change!
Can’t live without it, and yet, if it
gets defensive or goes on a fear
based attack, you’’ll struggle to
live with it. The cause of all
mental health problems, a
solidified (proud) ego, will
become brittle and break. This is
the first link in self awareness…
Adaptability … and it means ”no
where to stand” an ever growing
identity … an expanding ego.

4. Body can change!
It’s hard to do good if you don’t
feel good and body health goes
to the core of feeling good. What
we eat, how we sleep, who we
sleep with and how we wake can
determine the underlying
experience of being alive and
available. Turning up for life is a
health thing.

5. Mind can change!
Six senses measure the
environment for signals and then
send these to the mind which
interprets and responds. Left to
its own devices a mind can start
to translate sensory input with a
negative spin even when things
are ok, but worse, a mind that is
in its own thinking cycle can
repeat old thought patterns and
cause repeated sabotage. Here
is an essential re-wiring process.

6. Vision must change!
The mind, body and ego collude
to cause a fit. Somehow they
work hand in hand and if things
aren’t right, they stay that way
until one of them changes
forcefully. But a vision can
change and cause the body,
mind and ego to move, grow and
expand if the individual reads,
follows and believes in their
vision.

8. How to Change Your Ego
Adaptability
Your Ego can become a stand you
make in the world, where you think
you are right and you think others
are wrong. This is an error, not in
what you think, because that might
be right or wrong. It’s an error in
how you think. A person who is
thinking right and wrong,
fundamentalism, is not adapting,
in their ego, and there will be
stress.
10. Leadership And Ego Adaptability v’s Clarity
Adaptability
How you think causes your
adaptability. Adaptability is a way
to think and is backed by skills
such as the emotional shower and
discard process.
Clarity
What are priorities, what is vision,
what is healthy and unhealthy
thinking. Clarity causes what you
think and it must be simple.

The question is: Are you on track?
Inspired: Doing what you love
and loving what you do….
Motivated: Doing what someone
else loves and being rewarded so
you can do what you love.
Controlled: rewarded for
compliance, punished for not.
Called cultural conformity
No choice. No work, no pay, no
life. Prison mentality. Huge
supervision.

You must know your own
personal vision and have a
plan. This is the key to being
happy, resilient, healthy, and
nice to be around.
The Company Inspired
A balanced company vision
is like a coat hanger we can
all attach ourselves to and
feel personally engaged
while being a part of
something big.
Loyalty
We will sabotage anything
we cannot link to our highest
values. So, if we’re inspired,
visioned, and the company
is inspired with vision, we
will be on track.

Throw #1.
Your ego is essential. But it
can hold onto the past, get
stuck, bogged down and be
built on fear. This must
evolve.

Your body holds memory in
the form of muscle, chemical,
structural and emotional
tissue. It needs a deep clean
to allow the past to be the
past.
23. Environment
Throw #3.
The most overlooked
component of change. If you
look the same, you are the
same. If your space is the
same, you’ll revert. Change is
significantly physical.

How you see the world, how
You think, feel and what your
expectations are must evolve.
Self worth is based on values
prioritisation.

Now the ground is soft, the
weeds removed, the grass
fertilised and the resistance
overcome, it is time to
