  1. La Tecnología ayuda o interfiere? Sobre todo en los museos de arte es una cuestión que preocupa: distraerá la T de la contemplación de las obras? a mi entender, la pregunta a plantearse no es si introducimos la t en el museo sino Cómo utilitzar mètodes digitals para profundizar en la implicació amb l’art, els artistes i els processos creatius? No se trata de competir sino de complementar, de enriquecer. Aplicada en su justa medida es un recurso excelente para ofrecer contexto, comparativas, referencias, etc. Creo que debemos utilizar la T en cuantos suportes y contenidos podamos y dejar la decisión de si utilizarlo s o de cómo usarlos en manos de los usuarios. La tecnología nos ha de permitir acceder a información diferente, que aporte valor, que ayude a mejorar y a enriquecer la experiencia de visita. Se ha puesto mucho énfasis en la T, pero lo verdaderamente importante es lo q la T nos permite: ofrecer experiencias que sean más inmersivas, colaborativas, participativas. Estamos inmersos en una cultura extremadamente visual, y esto es una oportunidad magnífica para los museos de arte. La tecnología multimedia nos facilita de manera muy significativa la accesibilidad y la comprensión de las obras, los artistas, de su contexto y sus conexiones. La Tecnología facilita conectar a los escritores con sus lectores, a los artistas con su público, a los museos con los usuarios, a los usuarios entre sí. El visitante está inmerso en la tecnología a todas horas entonces me parece una mala estrategia que cuando entra en un museo o en un centro cultural o en una biblioteca, parece que esto no existe, queda atrás. Hay que ir integrando sistemas complementarios, que luego el usuario decidirá si utiliza o no, pero creo que los museos deberíamos ofrecer el máximo posible de opciones para ampliar la información, para extender el conocimiento, para estimular la observación, para activar la reflexión crítica. Es muy clásico el debate de si la tecnología distrae de la contemplación –en el caso de los museos de la obra de arte– pero yo creo que es un debate estéril. Evidentemente lo principal es la obra de arte, la contemplación directa es lo único que puedes hacer solamente delante de esa obra, nada puede sustituir esa experiencia. Pero podemos y debemos ayudar a hacer de la contemplación de la obra de arte una experiencia mágica. Ayudar al ojo no experto a descubrir cosas, a ayudar a fijarse, a formularse preguntas”. En eso la museografía interactiva también nos puede ayudar muchísimo. No tiene por qué interferir, sino complementar, el usuario si quiere y le interesa, lo utilizará. Pero todavía queda mucho por hacer. Según datos de un estudio reciente sobre webs de Museos de arte contemporáneo en España (http://culturaconectada.com/2013/08/25/presencia-web-de-los-museos-de-arte-contemporaneo-de-espana) todavía un 19'3% no disponen de web, sólo un 29'3 permiten compartir contenidos con otros usuarios y sólo un 12% incorporan contenido educativo. Veamos el terreno educativo, por ejemplo.
