2. For our team this principle works very
simple. It is very important to understand
the needs and the purpose of a software
solution developed.
That's why we put much time and efforts
into preliminary analysis, while listening to
client's product vision and requirements.
It helps to avoid misunderstandings from
both sides and minimize risks.
And only then we can speak about our
proposition of the most valuable solution.
1. First, learn to listen, then - to be
heard

3. My role as a PM is not limited with low-level
tasks. My work approach is mainly based on
the "looking through a broader lens"
principle. What does it mean?
✔ Be able to put yourself in client's place
and try to ask the same questions.
✔ Build trust-based and long-term
relationships with every project's
stakeholder.
✔ Identify "weak points" of the project
applying risk management principles. It
helps to create more high-quality PM plan
to achieve project and business goals.
2. Think broad and look deeper.

4. In my opinion, those times when we simply
executed tasks are gone.
Currently we mainly focus on creating
solutions that solve particular problems.
And this makes a great influence not only on
how we do our job but how we think as well.
For example, having a big team of architects,
business analysts, designers and engineers, we
act as a single unit providing solutions both
from technical and business perspective.
