Barb has been involved in software development for over 20 years and has been designing and improving user interfaces and interaction design on various platforms since 1989. She is passionate about creating great user experiences and believes that people should just be able to use software and not have to learn how to use software. She strives to create an environment that facilitates creating products that are easy, elegant, and delightful, and to turn user research data into world-class software and web services. She values collaboration and actively seeks to involve others in design and research. Barb is currently the User Experience Manager at TechSmith Corporation.
