Suspension clamps are used to hang conductor or ground wire through insulators or link fitting to tower arms or
substation structures. Body material of suspension clamp is made of malleable cast iron and high strength Al-alloy.

连接金具主要用于将悬式绝缘子组装成串，并将一串或数串绝缘子串连接、悬挂在杆塔横担上。悬
垂线夹和耐张线夹与绝缘子串的连接，拉线金具与杆塔的连接，也都使用联结金具。根据使用条件，
分为两大类：专用连接金具，
是直接用来连接绝缘子的，
因此，
连接部位的结构和尺寸与绝缘子相同；
通用联接金具，适用于各种情况的连接，并以荷重划分等线，荷重相同的金具具有互换性。
连接金具技术标准执行有关的国家标准和行业标准。
Link fitting is mainly applicable for assembling the suspension insulator to string, and it is also used in connecting
one or several strings insulator and then suspending on tne pole arm of perch. The join hardware is also used in the
connection between suspension clamp and dead end clamp, the connection between stay wire and perch. According to
the conditions of using, it can be divided into two major kinds: one is the special join hardware, which is directly used
in connecting the insulator, so, the structure and dimension of connection part should be the same to the insulator; the
other is the universal join hardware, which is applicable for connection under all kinds of conditions, and its level is
divided according to its load, the hardwares are interchangeability if they are the same load.
The technical standard of join hardware is comply with the national standard and professional standard concerned.

接续金具主要用于架空电力线路的导线、避雷线的接续和补修。按结构形式和安装方法的不同，分为
压缩型、螺栓型和预绞丝各三类：压缩型又分为液压、爆压和钳压三种。
产品型号中字母和数字的意义为：J- 接续 D- 搭接 X- 补修 B- 爆压 、并沟、补修、避雷线
T- 椭圆、跳线 M- 母线 Y- 圆形、预绞丝 S- 伸缩、设备
数字表示适用导线的大小：
各种接续金具直流电阻不大于等长导线直流电阻 ; 载流温升低于导线的温升。压缩型接续管对导线的
握力不小于导线计算拉断力的 95%。

功能和特点
架空线路用预绞式金具，可分为预绞式导线耐线线夹，预绞式拉线耐张线夹，预绞式悬垂线夹预绞式接续条、预绞式补修条、预绞式护线条等。
此类金具结构简单，性能可靠，通过与心形拉紧环的配合，能够承受导线、地线及拉线的全张力，经过实际运行证明它具有电力系统要求的
高可靠性和经济性。
Preformed helical fitting has been widely used in the recent years. It replaces conventional suspension clamp, strain clamp and pull clamp, etc which
belong to energy saving product. Our preformed helical fittings include preformed suspension clamp, preformed strain clamp, preformed pull clamp,
preformed splicing rod, preformed repair rod and preformed armor rod and so on.
○预绞式金具完全可以替代传统的所有结构形式的耐张线夹，拉线 UT 线夹以及楔形线夹等。
○预绞式金具的独特设计，可以减少由振动及舞动引起的动态应力，防止由于导线反复拗折，引起因材料疲劳而发生断股现象，具有一定的
防振功能，能提高导线耐振能力。

○预绞式金具符合 DL/T 763-2001« 架空线路用预绞式金具技术条件 »。
○用于输电线路时握力强度 >95%CUTS；用于配电线路时握力强度 >65%CUTS。

Preformed Strain Clamp TNL
适用范围
预绞式导线耐张线夹用于架空输电线路、配电线路上的裸导线和架空绝缘导线上。通过配套连接金具将导线与耐张杆塔连接固定。完全可以
替代目前线路上常用的螺栓型、压缩型及楔型耐张线夹。预绞式耐张线夹以一定的长度均匀地缠绕在导线、地线及拉线外面，将导线、地线
及拉线所受的应力均匀分布在一个比其它型式耐张线夹的受力区域大得多的区域上，使导线、地线及拉线无有害的应力集中点。预绞式耐张
线夹强度高，其握力可达到导线、地线及拉线计算拉断力的 95%。预绞式耐张线夹的安装简便快捷，无需专用工具，由一人便可迅速徒手完
成安装。安装质量一致性好。

设备线夹
设备线夹主要用于变电母线引下线与电气设备 ( 如变压器、断路器、隔离开关、穿墙套管等 ) 的出线
端子接续，因常用电气设备的出线端子为铜质和铝质两类，而母线引出线分为铝绞线或钢芯铝绞线，
故设备线夹从材质上分为铝设备线夹和铜铝过渡设备线夹两个系列。
根据安装方法和结构形式的不同，
设备线夹分螺栓型、压缩型两种类型。每种型式的线夹又按引下线与安装电气设备端子所成角度的不
同分为 0o、30o、45o、90o。
产品型号中字母和数字的意义为 : S- 设备线夹、双 Y- 压缩 L- 螺栓 G- 过渡 M- 母线
数字 -1、2 等表示适用导线组合编号 ; 120…300 等表示适用导线标称截面积。
附加字母的意义为 : A-0o B-30o B1-45o C-90o
设备线夹对导线的握力不小于导线计算拉断力的 10% , 但螺栓型适用导线直径大于 49mm 时，为不小
于 3%，线夹的直流电阻不大于等长导线的电阻，载流温升低于导线的温升。
Terminal connectors are used to connect tap conductor to power equipments (transformer, circuit breaker, disconnect
switch, etc) or to wall bushing of substation. Aluminium connectors are also used to connect the tap conductor of
T-connector. The connectors include compressive-type and bolted, both types have angle of 0o, 30o, 45o and 90o with
the direction of tap conductor.
The meanings of letters & Arabic figures in the catalog are shown as follow.
S-Terminal connector, double
Y-compression

Additional letter: A-0o B-30o

The Arabic figures show conductor size.
The slip strength of the connector sould be not less than 10% ultimate strength of the conductor, execpt that of bolt type
termiinal connector used for conductor diameter equal or lange than 49mm, for that, a slip of 3% ultimate strength is
allowed D.C resistance of the connectors should be less than that of the equi-length conductor. Temperature rise of the
connectors should be less that of the conductor.
