2. How To Create A Folder
To Create a folder you must first click on
create in your drive page.
Then you must click on folder from the
drop down menu.
After this a window will come up in which
you have to name your folder after this
click on create. And youre done.
3. How to create Documents
To Create a Document you go to Dive
on Gmail, then click on create
Then After clicking on create you will
see the drop down menu, click on
Document.
A sheet on a different window will show
up.You Can do everything you would
normally do in word or pages. Rename
your document on the top left hand
corner.
4. How To Share a Document
To Share a Document you have to click share
on the top right hand side of your document .
Then you will get your sharing settings in
which you can choose different ways of
sharing the link.
To share it with people using Gmail you
simply have to add in people’s adresses using
this box. When you are done click on the
done buton.
