Introduction
In the Philippines, the government has built schools in almost all strategic barangays, town
or city. This is done to provide access and equal opportunity for every school child to achieve
quality education. At present, there are more than half a million public school teachers deployed
in all these schools throughout the country. The school and the teacher in every school have very
crucial responsibilities in contributing to the change and development in every community.
