James Jen is the founder and president of TipCat Interactive. A social and mobile games/platform studio in Shanghai. James spent nearly a decade with Microsoft and Ubisoft prior to building Augmentum's Digital Entertainment and Gaming $4mil usd practice in two years. Previously, James was the Senior Producer/Producer for multiple “AAA” multi-million selling games including Project Gotham Racing 2, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, and Splinter Cell Double Agent.
