Responsible for developing and leading the University of New Hampshire's social media strategy. My role enhances and expands the University's image online, increases brand equity and awareness, promotes the university's mission through social media and builds relationships with stakeholders. I have implemented and continuously maintain a content strategy which results in delivering higher quality content, increased traffic to our websites, and greater conversion rates.
