In making decisions, a leader needs to accomplish in a timely manner without wasting any personal and/or organization valuables. Influence is related to fear failure; and the fear of failure does not discriminate. It can equally affect the giver and the receiver. The receiver will remember the action created by the giver. The giver needs to transform that fear of failure into courage to succeed that will be infectious.
