By opening up the creative process to stakeholders and product managers, teams can improve the speed and quality of brainstorming through collaborative idea generation and low-fidelity iteration. In this creative workshop, JD introduces participants to the creative process used at Simple Focus. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will be asked to sketch, brainstorm and iterate on their ideas, then share their thinking in groups. Participants will leave with simple methods to use the next time they're faced with a business problem that requires strategic thinking and an open mind.
