於2005年開始探索使用者與設計之間的關係,認為設計就是用來解決使用者在生活中所遭遇的問題,而定義問題的方式則是從瞭解使用者潛在需求開始。於交通大學應用藝術研究所畢業後,曾在明基電腦、神達電腦參與行動裝置介面設計與使用經驗研究,目前在臺大智活的使用經驗研究組擔任經理,帶領團隊成員執行各個產業相關的使用經驗研究專案。
