Green field SAP Implementation, Support services for a leading FMCG
brand in the south India (Madurai).
JKT’s consulting and SAP Implementation expertise in FMCG industry was the
major factor for the customer to partner with us for this assignment in spite of
severe completion from 3 other SAP services partners’.
Having estimated a business growth of over 300 % by 2013, the customer
decided to replace their existing current desperate systems used at the
factories and the HO branches with SAP All In one to handle such exponential
business growth. The customer is a well know brand in food Industry in south.
Asafoetida powder and cakes are their Flagship products sold and their sports
division manufactures and distributes Rubber Balls and other sports products
across India.
Our engagement with the customer has been into SAP Implementation and
Application support services The customer has a 2 factories and 1 HO at
Madurai with sales office across south India in major Cities.
JKT had proposed SAP implementation covering HO and Factory and its
branches. The implementation covered all base modules comprehensively.
The implementation successfully went live 16 weeks time covering all their
functional departments.
