About
I am an engineering leader passionate about developing great products, building and leading engineering teams and improving organizational effectiveness. I am currently the Engineering Manager for the Netflix Build Tools team. I am also a co-host of the Ship Show Podcast.
The Build Tools team is charged with building tools and services to simplify and streamline the process of coding and building software at Netflix. We maintain a JVM "paved road" for engineers, which includes Gradle plugins (see http://github.com/nebula-plugins), dependency management tools, IDE integration and continuous integration tooling. Our roadmap for 2015 includes the development of tools, services and a J.
