I build and ship products. And I believe that there's no product without the user. So I do user-centered design. That means that I serve as an intermediary between business, its clients and developers. My main goal is to build a product or a service which would solve its users need while profiting the business in the same time. Here's how I do it:
- I gather users, marketing and business requirements, priorities and goals and build lists, diagrams, flows, etc. depending on what serves best.
- Then I do rapid prototyping and user interface design. I iterate fast relying on the feedback for previous iteration until the solution is found.
- And for feedback I prefer hard data from A/B or ...
