10. Step Nine
While soaking, dunk a rag in the
vinegar-water mixture and scrub
the outside of the machine.
Make sure to get the
soap/detergent dispensers.
11. Step Ten
Run the longest wash/rinse cycle
on your machine and that’s it!

note – Using the bleach and vinegar will kill bacteria, and
get rid of soap scum and mineral deposits from the machine
basket and hoses. If you have hard water this should be
done every three months, while every washer should be
cleaned at least twice per year.
