(DLE) refers to the tools, skills,
standards, attitudes and habits for
learning while using technology and
accessing digital resources.

We need to ‘flatten’ the learning
hierarchy. Students, teachers, ALL
learners, must have freedom to
communicate ‘across’ rather than
up or down
