Mr. William F. Zachmann is a well-known industry analyst and, since 1988, President and CEO of Canopus Research Inc., an IT industry, technology, and market research firm in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Prior to that Mr. Zachmann was Senior Vice President, Corporate Research, at International Data Corporation in Framingham, Massachusetts.
