Proposal to develop a standard API for apps under the umbrella of Clean India initiative.

A heterogeneous social network

3. As a people's movement,
several front end and back end apps will be developed
by hackers

4. There will not be a single winner,
because this is not a competition

5. If the data sets of 'users' and 'spot fixes'
are shared among all apps
It will be beneficial to everyone
to the rising India as a whole

6. Users of any app
will be able to view & follow
all spot fixes across India
no matter which app they like to use

the common denominator
