Currently I'm managing 3M websites deployment as part of Customer Experience team and enhancing the website based on the local flavor to give good user experience for both industrial and consumer group for Asia region. This is to enable 3M business in their B2B and B2C landscape through eCommerce catalog using hybris. In the past, I was web based application and system developer for university and localisation company. Before focusing on web based application, I used to be an application programmer using Java and Delphi. Those experiences gave me a good exposure to different platform and helped me to understand new system faster due to some similarities with platforms I used in the past....
