                                         This 5-day (40-hour) academy is composed of six workshops. Attendees will learn how
                                         to identify, define, evaluate, and manage competencies associated with each role or job
                                         function within an organization and then analyze them to determine which competencies
                                         are most essential for its successful operation. This academy prepares attendees to
                                         develop and document information that is needed to effectively: create a sound strategic
                                         workforce plan, formulate talent development strategies, identify and prioritize talent
                                         development initiatives that will achieve maximum impact, manage and develop talent,
