11. Blue Lake is Sitka’s drinking water source. The
water must meet drinking water standards during
construction and commissioning.
The Blue Lake hydro project must be operated to
meet existing electrical loads during construction.
We have limited ability to control lake level.
The timing of the Generation Outage is established
by the seasonal reservoir inflow not our ability to
prepare for the outage.

UNIT ONLY
COMPLETE MILESTONE 5 – OPERATION OF FIRST
UNIT AT 75% GATE BY OWNER FOR 12 HOURS
