11.  Blue Lake is Sitka’s drinking water source. The
water must meet drinking water standards during
construction and commissioning.
 The Blue Lake hydro project must be operated to
meet existing electrical loads during construction.
 We have limited ability to control lake level.
 The timing of the Generation Outage is established
by the seasonal reservoir inflow not our ability to
prepare for the outage.
