18. It is good to have goals that require you
to grow and to achieve and may make
you a little uncomfortable
Ultimate goal is to become a master of life. To
do this you will need to learn new skills, expand
your vision of what is possible, build new
relationships and learn to overcome your fears,
considerations and road blocks.

4. Set a reasonable time frame for achieving
