I am mostly known for my work in gamification. Gamification is the process of using the psychology and methodologies used in games to engage and motivate the target audience, such as in sales training, change management, or healthcare. Sometimes, the G word becomes a conversation stopper due to its taboo association with fun/casual, so I otherwise refer to it as "Rewards and Motivation Design". I speak globally on the topic of gamification in enterprise, marketing, social media, and education.
