21-century mass invasion
Web to be recognized and well known,not paid
It will be good for democracy as everyonehas a voicein it
Freedom? Allows creativity
People comment on blogs and posts because they believe that
they are their community and they want to be involved. Whereas
others comment so they can see their perspectives and
understand other peoples views. These comments give ‘life’ to
blogs, as comments are posted to express their reactions, ideas,
thoughts and opinions for people to agree or disagree on. The
blogger creates some sort of relationship with each commenter
because it’s catching their attention and they’re fascinated by the
information.
However Society is no longer based on mass consumption but on
mass participation. New forms of collaboration such as Wikipedia
and YouTube are making their way in which people would rather
be players, rather than mere spectators. It’s said that
technology has shown more expressions of freedom and
creative people like to challenge authority. More people than
ever can participate in culture, contributing their ides, views
and information. The web allows not to just publishing but to
share and connect. However it leaves us more open to abuse
and invasions of privacy.
The media has changed however this idea of freedom to
express your opinions leads to more cyber bullying nowadays.
People tend to leave hate on blogs, videos and posts because
they see the original person as a threat.
